9:00 a.m. Report Time for Rehearsal – BEST REHEARSAL OF THE YEAR!

12:15 Dismiss rehearsal. (Load equipment, hydrate, lunch)

1:15 Leave PCHS for Floyd Central High School

4:45 EST Arrive at FCHS (unload equipment, restrooms, snack, uniforms on)

6:05 Transit to Music Warm-Up Area A

6:20 Begin Warm Up

6:50 Transit to Field for Performance

7:15 EST PERFORMANCE – MAKE THE CROWD FALL IN LOVE WITH HUE

7:30 Load, change out of uniforms, full band meeting, sit and watch other bands.

9:45 AWARDS

10:30 Depart for PCHS

12:00 a.m. Return to PCHS and unload equipment. EVERYONE HELPS!
